What our educators say about Inspiring Minds:

To choose just one favourite aspect of working at Inspiring Minds seems impossible! Regardless of how long you have been working there or in the childcare field as a whole, every staff member is accepting and accommodating of you as a valuable individual. We all work together in a way that is relaxed and enjoyable, yet productive and creative. It feels like we are one big, happy family that truly cares about each other. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming with never-ending opportunities for learning.

Having had the privilege of being apart of the Inspiring Minds team since its beginnings, I have watched and participated in the growth and development of a high quality early learning centre. As research of the development of children has guided new initiatives and provided frameworks for play based curriculums, I have had to learn and grow in my knowledge and abilities as an educator. I have gained valuable knowledge and have had the support of other staff members, management staff, and the Board of Directors to continue learning through professional development opportunities and hands on learning. Lifelong learning is an important aspect of being a part of the Inspiring Minds’ team.
