  Four player entries, credit in all tournament promotions, option to place promotional materials in gift bag, banners/signs at registration and banquet.
- Silver Sponsor ($500)
  Two player entries, credit in all tournament promotions, option to place promotional materials in gift bag, banners/signs at registration and banquet.
- Hole Sponsor ($250)
  Sponsorship includes one player entry and the invitation to place signage at the sponsored hole.
