Our Story

In 2006 an inspired group of individuals came together with a vision of a licensed early learning facility in Wellesley. With the backing of generous community members, businesses and the Region of Waterloo, the vision was realized and Inspiring Minds opened on June 2, 2008. From the day we opened until today, we are honoured to provide exceptional early learning and care and be an integral part of many children’s and families’ lives.

Our Team

The educators at Inspiring Minds ELC are either qualified professionals or are currently training to become Early Childhood Educators. Those who have completed their diploma or degree are members of the College of Early Childhood Educators. Additionally, all staff members hold current first aid and CPR certifications and have undergone Vulnerable Sector screening. Our team explores alongside the children, building on their interests and curiosities in a caring and responsive environment. Inspiring Minds ELC believes our mission statement extends beyond the children in our care and prioritizes ongoing professional development for our educators.

The Busy Bees program is our toddler program, for children 18 months to 30 months old.

Froggy Friends and Eager Beavers are our preschool programs for children 2 ½ to 4 years old.
